Incentive Program Solutions

Employers try to give incentives to their employees to motivate their employees to work at the best of their abilities. Incentives come in many forms, like extra money, free dinner, gift certificates, or even more vacation leaves. If you were an employee, and your boss promised to give you additional money or pay if you manage to reach a certain goal, that means that your boss is trying to give you an incentive. If you follow up on it and do your best to get the reward, then that means your boss' incentive plan worked.
